Greetings from San Francisco!  As many of you know, I serve as a mentor for men in sobriety at City Team.  For the men, their time at City Team gives them opportunity to experience a spiritual awakening.  The impersonal, unloving God they know becomes a personal, loving Savior.  Such is the case for one of my mentees, Kinn. For many of us the term “ministry” encompasses many things.  We think of passing out food or helping people in need or mopping floors in a gymnasium.  But often times, ministry happens where and when we least expect it.  Two years ago I meet Joe on the streets of San Francisco.  We were passing out meals near a homeless encampment and Joe was a drunk living in a tent near the wharf.  Some time later Joe found himself in Richmond, California finding temporary work as a plumber.  Joe was still drinking and living in a tent when he wandered in to our Richmond breakfast ministry on a Saturday morning...
